I’ve been living at Terava for the past 6 months, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The experience has been smooth and welcoming. The leasing and management team are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, any questions or maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The property itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. My apartment is spacious, well-lit, and comfortable, everything feels high quality and well taken care of!

Terava is an awesome place to live! I chose Terava first for the staff; a lot of places in Bend aren’t super responsive and have hours that aren’t conducive to someone like me who works 8-5 M-F. Maddi and Breann have been amazing from day 1, throughout the entire process of moving, and continue to be so helpful now that I’ve moved in! In addition to great staff, the location, gym, dog park, co-working space, and lounge/deck are all things that made me choose Terava as my home. There’s also great floor plan options & the price for what you get is also great for the westside of Bend! Definitely recommend choosing Terava as your home.

By far my favorite apartment building in Bend. The staff and community are so nice and helpful and the attention to detail in the building is so amazing. I think my favorite parts are the gym and the outdoor area with the grills.
